Did you know that each year our 100% Fundraiser generates (90%) of the funds the PTA uses the whole year? We call this our ‘100% Fundraiser’ because 100% of the money you donate goes directly to support our school. This is a great option if you prefer to save time and energy that would be spent on more labor-intensive fundraising events.
Our fundraising goal is $10,000 by the end of December through the 100% Fundraiser.
Andrus Elementary PTA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Financial contributions to the Andrus Elementary PTA are tax-deductible for federal and local tax purposes. Each year, we fund:
Classroom field trips
Teacher supply purchases
Subscriptions to classroom materials such as magazines and online learning subscriptions
Teachers make requests via our request form. These requests are reviewed on a monthly basis at PTA meetings. The PTA also funds larger projects that benefit the entire school. Past examples include playground equipment, school assemblies, water bottle filling stations, the Meet the Masters art Program, and the book vending machine.
